The Total You Weight Loss GroupWe believe that you not only need to keep your spiritual life healthy with daily bible studies & prayer, we believe you also need to take care of the body God gave you with food management & exercise. Our Total You weight loss class helps you strive for your weight goals and provides exercise classes, both high & low impact, to help you maintain a healthy body. Using the FIRST PLACE curriculum, this groups meets weekly to go over the weekly lesson, talk over the daily studies we provide for you, and weight in to see if what your doing is working for you. Then two classes of exercise takes place. It's fun, it's healthy, and it's worthy the time to make The Total You your top on your list of New Year's Resolutions.
Class meets every Monday night at 6:30 pm
