What is "The Total You"?
1) a weight loss class
We'll be going through the program "First Place"
This program will set you on the path of losing your weight by dealing with the spiritual, emotional and physical areas of your life. It is a Christ Centered Weight-loss program. To learn more, you can go to their website: http://www.firstplace.org/

2) A self Image and Style workshop
No matter what size you are, our bodies have a distinct shape that not every style is going to look good on!  We'll discuss what clothing and styles you should look for your body type. Wearing the right article of clothing could make you appear slimmer without doing anything! Best of all you'll learn tips for buying these styles while paying very little money.

3) Cost is Free and the book you'll need can be purchased in our bookstore for only$10
